Directions to the Butterfly Wing from I-10 North
Exit Essen Lane and turn right. Go past the Shaw Building. Look for the “Franciscan Missionaries” sign on the opposite side of Essen Lane. Take a left here and drive to the back. First buildings are the convent and administrative offices. Next you will see a chapel. Take the walkway on the right of chapel straight back. The Butterfly Wing Inpatient Unit entrance will be on your right. Without the entrance code, you must intercom the staff to open the door.
Directions to the Butterfly Wing from I-10 South
Exit Essen Lane and turn left. Go under the overpass past the Shaw Building. Look for the “Franciscan Missionaries” sign on the opposite side of Essen Lane. Take a left here and drive to the back. Directions to the Butterfly Wing from I-12 South
Exit Essen Lane. Turn right and go past Iberia Bank on your right. Go slightly past the light and Scholar Road (about 20 feet) and turn right at the “Hospice of Baton Rouge InPatient Unit” sign. Drive to rear and turn left in front of the buildings. First building is nursing home by covered driveway. Park by the chapel and take the walkway to right of chapel straight back. IPU will be on your right. Without the entrance code, you must intercom the staff to open the door.
Do not go into the entrance of the nursing home by the covered driveway. |
