Whether you're a physician, healthcare professional, caregiver, or family member, we're here to help guide the next steps. Referrals can be made by anyone, and our admissions team will work directly with the patient, family, and physician to determine eligibility and coordinate care.

Once we receive a referral, our team will coordinate with the patient's physician and family to determine eligibility and discuss next steps.

Referrals to The Hospice of Baton Rouge may come from anyone, but the patient's consent and attending physician's authorization are required for admission. Patients are accepted by The Hospice of Baton Rouge without regard to race, religion, age, gender, sexual orientation, or place of national origin.
